**YOUR NEW HIRE PAPERWORK MUST BE FILLED OUT ONLINE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PAYMENT.**

You must also provide proper employment ID(s) within 3 days of employment. 

We participate in E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.


TIMECARDS


  • Superintendents and other jobsite supervisors are responsible for entering your time and informing payroll of the hours you worked.
  • Please make sure to check-in and out with your supervisor each day to make sure the time entered is accurate.
  • You will receive an e-mail every Monday with your time that was entered for you to double check for accuracy.

PAY DAY


  • Pay day is every Friday for the previous week’s work.
  • You will receive an electronic paystub your e-mail address each Thursday, and the money will be direct deposited into your account on Friday.
  • Direct Deposit is required. Please reach out to [email protected] if you need a cash card, if you didn’t already add that to your onboarding.
  • Any questions about your pay can be directed to [email protected] or if it’s in regard to your hours submitted, contact the supervisor that put your time in.

SAFETY

  • PPE: 
    • Your PPE such as company branded hard hat, vest, safety glasses, and work gloves will be provided to you once you arrive onsite.
    • Safety-Toe Boots with a 6-inch upper are required.
  • Welders & wearing of respirators:
    • If your position requires welding, be aware it is a site requirement to be clean-shaven. This policy is in place to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment, such as respirators, which need a clean seal to function effectively.
